Order Cancellation: Please note that we implement a cancellation policy with terms and conditions.

Once you place your order, if you change your mind to cancel the order, we only provide a refund as a voucher code for future shopping. Expire in 6 weeks from the provided date. Unfortunately, we are not able to give refunds. If your parcel is already dispatched, no refund and no return. 

Unfortunately, from 1 July 2024, we are not accepting any returns or cancellations. If we send the wrong size or articles, we are only going to accept a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards + on full-price items anymore.

⁣  Please make a video while opening your parcel. We are not responsible for any damages or missing products without video proof. Kind request: please start making the video before opening the parcel, not after opening it. Without the video, there will be NO returns & NO replacements.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will need to pay for your own return shipping.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically receive a voucher code for a future shop. Please remember it can take some time.
